Agreement

AI Defense Stack (this website) publishes this site ("we", "us"), and these terms govern your use of it. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Our privacy policy, cookie policy and disclosure are part of how the site works.

Information only

The site compiles public information about AI security tools. It is not legal, compliance, security-engineering, financial or purchasing advice, and nothing on it creates an adviser relationship. Content about regulation and standards, including the EU AI Act, NIST and ISO frameworks, reports what vendors say; it does not mean a product makes you compliant. Make your own assessment and consult your own advisers before you rely on a tool.

Accuracy and changes

We cite a source and a check date beside each fact and re-verify listings at least every 90 days, but products, prices, licenses and ownership change without notice. A fact is true as of its date and may be out of date by the time you read it. Confirm important details with the vendor. To report an error, use the corrections page. We may change, suspend or remove any content at any time.

Vendors, trademarks and links

Product and company names are the property of their owners and are used here to identify products. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the vendors we list unless a listing says so. Links lead to third-party sites that we do not control; their terms and privacy practices apply there. Some links are affiliate links and some placements are sponsored; both are labeled and explained on the disclosure page. A product's license and terms are set by its owner, not by us.

Using our content

The text, structure, scores and illustrations on this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may read the site, link to it, and quote short excerpts with a visible attribution and a link back to the page. Search engines and AI assistants may index and cite the site as described in our robots.txt. You may not copy the site or a substantial part of it, republish our database of listings, or present our scores as your own, without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation (including excessive automated requests that ignore robots.txt), to attempt unauthorized access, or to misrepresent your relationship with us or with a vendor.

Feedback and corrections

If you send us a correction, suggestion or listing request, you allow us to use it to improve the site without obligation or payment, and you confirm that you have the right to send any material you include. Sending a request does not guarantee a change or a listing, and a payment cannot buy one.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Where the law does not allow a limit, our liability is limited to the smallest amount it allows. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

Governing law: to be confirmed after legal review.

DMCA notices

We respect copyright. If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, write to [email protected] with a notice that includes the items listed in 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3):

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for the owner.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with its URL on this site, so we can find it.
  4. Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner.

Notice and takedown. We review each notice that arrives at that address. When a notice has the items above, we remove or disable access to the material it identifies, and we may ask you for more detail if it does not.

If we remove material after a notice, we may tell the person who sent us the material. They can send a counter-notice that includes their signature, identification of the material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that they believe in good faith that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, their name, address and telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for their address. We may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days after a valid counter-notice unless the complainant files a court action. We end access for repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Sending a false notice can create liability.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The "Last reviewed" date at the top shows the latest edit, and continued use after a change means you accept it. For questions about these terms, write to [email protected] or see the contact page.
